Dr. Adam Hintz, M.D. is double-board certified in pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation who is a pain management specialist and serves patients suffering from a variety of painful conditions with an aim to restore function and improve quality of life. Dr. Hintz graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with degrees in Neurobiology and Psychology before graduating with dual honors from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. After completion of his intern year at Medical College of Wisconsin, he continued his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Loyola University Medical Center where he obtained extensive experience in musculoskeletal and pain medicine while participating in numerous research projects and acting as Chief Resident. Dr. Hintz completed his training and graduated from UCLA / West Los Angeles VA Pain Medicine Fellowship. He has co-authored a chapter on the interventional treatments for pain and has given numerous talks on painful conditions and their treatments. Dr. Hintz has a friendly, personable manner and treats each patient and their condition as uniquely individual using a multimodal approach to care.

Dr. Hintz enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife in beautiful Los Angeles, surfing and contributing to the field of pain medicine by participating in multiple pain societies and pain medicine research.
